WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG TO GET MY FURNITURE?
We operate a no-waste pre-order production process. That means we have fixed periods of time when orders are processed and put into production. Each pre-order window is two-weeks long and all products will be available to order during that time. Pre-order windows happen every six weeks. Once you’ve placed your order, it’ll take about eight weeks for your furniture to reach you. We’ll keep you posted on progress once you’ve placed your order. Head over to our Subscribe page to make sure you don’t miss the next slot.


DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?
Not at present. But if you have any questions about the material, care, look and feel of any of our pieces, you can easily drop us a note via our Contact form.


HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Delivery is free for most of Singapore. Additional charges applicable for special delivery requests, or failure to receive the delivery. 

  • Specific delivery time slot requests (subject to availability from our logistics partners): $10
  • Priority shipping: $30
  • Re-delivery charges: To be advised according to prevailing delivery charges by our logistics partners.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE SINGAPORE?
Catalust currently ships within Singapore. If you are located overseas or wish to ship overseas, please contact us at info@catalust.com.


NO DELIVERY ZONES
We are unable to deliver to restricted zones and selected areas like airports, military camps and bases, jurong island and other islands, plants and more. If you are unsure whether your shipping location falls within these zones, please email us at info@catalust.com.

In the event that an order was placed and the shipping address falls under the No Delivery Zones, Catalust will not be liable for any delivery delays and/or additional shipping charges.
